Dax Shepard has shocked many of his fans by posting an NSFW picture of his wife Kristen Bell to his four million Instagram followers.

Bell and Shepard have been married since October 2013, and have been an item for 17 years – so it’s safe to say they are pretty committed to one another.

And the pair  are now celebrating Bell’s 2025 Emmy Awards nomination of Outstanding Actress for her role in comedy series. Nobody Wants This.

To mark the occasion, Shepard posted a snap of Bell nude in a comprising position wearing just a pair of bright blue knee-high socks in her back garden.

Sensitive areas had been censored out, but that doesn’t take away the shocking value of the Instagram  post according to some fans.

Captioning the post, Shepard wrote: “People might not know everything that happens behind the scenes in order to create an Emmy nominated performance like Kristen’s. This may or may not have been a part of her training, but it felt right. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!”

Many have flocked the comments section of the Instagram post in disbelief that such a photo would be posted.

Gwyneth Paltrow penned: “Oh my God, Dax.” A second joked: “She’s not naked people…. she CLEARLY has socks on! God forbid a girl have a hobby.”

While a third remarked: “When you want to feel free, but your toes still aren’t ready for that level of commitment.”

Nobody Wants This did seemingly have Shepard a little jealous th the one-screen chemistry his wife had with one particular co-star.

Adam Brody’s and Bell’s characters build up quite the romantic spark in the romantic comedy series, something Shepard was asked about during the New Yorker Festival shortly after the show’s release.

As per  People, Shepard was asked about the ‘incredible chemistry’ he has with his wife, which led to a rather unexpected answer from the actor and comedian.

“Not as good as her and Brody,” Shepard told surprised reporters.

Speaking of a kiss shared between his wife and Brody’s character on screen, Shepard added: “My friend … we watched that scene together, the kissing scene, which I’d argue is the very best kissing scene ever, ever put on film.

“And my best friend, Aaron, from childhood, he goes, ‘Does she ever kiss you like that?’ No, I didn’t even know she could kiss like that.”

While it may have put Shepard in a bit of an awkward position, Nobody Wants This certainly hit the spot with fans.

Amid Selena Gomez’s recent NSFW incident, fellow singer Dua Lipa previously left fans shocked after they spotted a ‘blunder’ in a bathroom selfie.

Among 16 snaps posted to Instagram by Gomez recently, there was one of Gomez signing pictures for her fans from her couch – which certainly seemed like an innocent photo.

But once one fan zoomed in on the bottles that line up on the windowsill behind her, they spotted an NSFW item in the form of a bottle of lube.

One person posted a screen-recording of themselves zooming in on the Instagram photo and captioned it: “No shade to Selena and Benny, I’m just a nosy fan who wants to see all the products my fav celebrities use and came across this specific product on her windowsill.

“Love that Benny is keeping our girl happy and satisfied. Loooove this couple!”

An embarrassing moment for Gomez no doubt, but she’s not the first celebrity to fall a victim to an NSFW blunder and she certainly won’t be the last.

Dua Lipa was involved in one while dating French director Romain Gavras before the pair went their separate ways in December 2023.

But before ending their romance, Dua and Romain reportedly went on vacation together. During the trip, the ‘Levitating’ singer shared a bathroom snap to Instagram.

The picture in question, which she took while standing in a bathroom, showed her posing as she pulled her shirt up to reveal her underwear in front of a mirror.

Dua showed off her toned stomach and fancy nails and gold jewellery, but that’s not the NSFW element.

The thing that raised eyebrows were the hard-to-miss hand marks on the shower glass door.

We could say that the marks could have been created when Dua was pushing open the door of the shower, however, if you’ve seen the Titanic scene with Jack and Rose in the car, you’ll know exactly what fans were thinking…

One person got straight to the point in the comments, writing: “Dua babe u weren’t alone in that shower.”

Another joked: “There was nothing clean going on in that shower from what I see.”

But some people even tried to argue about the reason for the marks and claimed they were too precise for such an encounter.

One person said: “I’m sorry but if those marks are what everyone is thinking, then shouldn’t they be like, more haphazard than that?”

Kristen Bell and husband Dax Shepard appeared to be at their wit’s end as they attempted to deal with issues at the airport.

There’s not much worse than experiencing problems at the airport but it can be even more annoying when all the inconveniences only appear to be getting worse.

We have all had the misfortunate of travel delays though so… I suppose it is something that unifies us all.

But when you are a celebrity, you likely don’t expect to be turfed out of an airport when you are trying to sleep.

However, this seems to be what happened to Bell, Shepard and their kids last year.

They ended up stranded with their two children after a whopping nine-hour delay at the Boston Logan International Airport.

After the family realized that they would have to wait for so long without access to a hotel, they decided to splash out on pillows and sheets in order to make a DIY bed on the floor of the airport so that they could take a nap.

According to Bell, who took to Instagram to tell the story, they couldn’t find a hotel within 50 miles and didn’t have another choice.

She wrote: “Stranded at the Boston airport, 9 hours of delays.”

“We made quite a home here,” The Good Place star captioned a photo of herself with a toothbrush in her mouth.

Her husband also made his own post on the social media platform in which he noted there were ‘ZERO vacancies in the greater Boston area’.

In the video, Bell could be seen joking that she was making the airport her home, and that she must take her shoes off ‘when I’m in my bedroom’, as she went to get into her makeshift bed.

Then Shepard can be seen lying on the floor with a neck pillow and blanket as they discussed the money it cost to create their own dwellings.

“Could have been a really nice hotel, but they’re all taken,” he said.

To which Bell replied: “It’s $600 a night to stay at Boston International Airport.”

But they were soon ‘kicked out’ by security, though a friend came to save the day and let the family stay the night.

“Thankfully we found friends of friends who offered us their attics and accepted us at 1 am!!!!!!” Bell captioned another picture of beds at her friend’s place.

Instagram users were shocked at the celebrity family was ‘kicked out’ of the airport.

One commented: “I truly don’t mean this to be mean but I didn’t think this stuff happened to rich people.”

While another praised the pair for being so real, writing: “I love that you guys are just normal f**king people.”

An influencer’s holiday card photo has left social media divided over a hidden joke that some people have branded ‘nasty.’

Getting the perfect holiday card photo is no mean feat.

First, there’s the mammoth task of getting everyone in the same place at the same time. And don’t forget to coordinate your outfits. Then, you have to orchestrate the shot, arranging and rearranging family members into the perfect configuration of bodies, and hope and pray that everyone smiles on cue.

With all that hard work going into getting the perfect picture, it’d be a shame for someone to purposefully ruin it.

But, a US-based influencer had no idea the outrage she’d cause following a prank she pulled on her mom.

Amanda Cooper is a fashion and travel influencer with more than 15,000 followers on Instagram. Every year, her mom, Melynda King, organizes a perfectly coordinated family photo shoot.

This year, Cooper and her siblings wanted to ‘shake things up’ and surprise their mom. The influencer posted the results of their photo-day prank in an Instagram Reel that has since been viewed 19 million times.

In the image, her siblings all discreetly pointed their middle fingers at the camera as they posed alongside the rest of the family.

Cooper explained to Today how they used the word ‘hippopotamus’ as a code to cue the prank as the pictures were being taken.

“So right before the middle finger picture, I called out, ‘Everyone say, I want a hippopotamus for Christmas!’” she shared.

Fortunately for the siblings, their mother took the joke in her stride, revealing: “I thought it was absolutely hilarious.”

But the snap has left social media divided.

One user wrote in the video’s comments: “I know this is meant to be funny, but it hurts my heart a little for moms trying to get their families together for what — less than an hour of their lives?!?!?”

Another asked: “Why? No class.”

“I’ve never had a family portrait taken in my life. This hurts as someone who doesn’t have a ‘family,’” said a third.

Others saw the funny side of the prank, praising the family’s creativity and sense of humor.

One person wrote: “I love a family with a sense of humor and they apparently have it! And apparently seem to be a very close loving family!”

Another commented that the picture had ‘so much love, personality, and humor.’

And a third said they hoped it would become a family tradition, writing: “I cannot wait for when the kids are older and get in on this tradition too!”
